1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ForexSignals Pro ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Description of Service

ForexSignals Pro provides:

• Algorithmic trading signal data generated by automated strategies running on MetaTrader 5
• Market regime detection and session analytics
• Historical pip movement data and session averages
• Educational content about forex instruments and market structure
• Email and push notification alerts (paid tiers)

The Platform operates on a freemium subscription model. Certain features are restricted to paid Analyst or Pro Signals subscribers.

3. Risk Disclosure

Forex and commodity trading is high risk. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You may lose your entire invested capital
• Leveraged products can result in losses exceeding your initial deposit
• No signal, strategy, or analytical tool can guarantee profitable trades
• Market conditions can change rapidly and without warning
• Past win rates displayed on the Platform are historical and do not guarantee future performance
• All signals provided by the Platform are generated algorithmically and are not personalised financial advice
• You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make

Geopolitical events, economic data releases, central bank decisions, and other market-moving events can cause sudden and dramatic price movements. The Platform's risk warnings (daily loss limits, volatility alerts) are informational only and do not prevent losses.

4. No Financial Advice

ForexSignals Pro is an educational and data analytics service. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice. Specifically:

• Trade signals (entry, stop-loss, take-profit) are outputs of automated algorithms and are not personalised recommendations
• Session analytics, pip averages, and regime data are historical statistical summaries
• "Strategy advice" sections describe how historical backtests performed in different regimes — not prescriptions for live trading
• We are not licensed or regulated as a financial advisor, broker, or investment firm in any jurisdiction

You should consult a regulated financial advisor before making any investment or trading decision. Using this Platform does not create any advisor-client or broker-client relationship between you and ForexSignals Pro.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

5.1 Plans

We offer Free, Analyst ($49/month), and Pro Signals ($99/month) tiers. Prices are shown in USD. Payments are processed via PesaPal and accepted via M-Pesa, Visa, and Mastercard.

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Plans are not auto-renewed — you will receive an email reminder before your plan expires and must manually renew. Your access continues until the end of the paid period regardless of cancellation.

5.3 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are non-refundable once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to the service you paid for, please contact us within 7 days of payment and we will investigate and offer a credit or extension at our discretion.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect and will not affect your current paid period.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

One account per person. Account sharing is prohibited. Sharing your credentials to allow others to access paid content will result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Platform to:

• Republish, resell, or redistribute signal data or analytics to third parties
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying algorithms or strategies
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Platform
• Impersonate another user or create multiple accounts
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform's infrastructure

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including signal data, analytics, algorithms, strategies, session data, educational content, design, and code — is the intellectual property of ForexSignals Pro and is protected by copyright. You may use Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any commercial use, reproduction, or distribution requires prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ForexSignals Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any signals, analytics, or content provided.

You use the Platform entirely at your own risk. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Our total liability to you for any claim under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. No refunds are issued for unused subscription time following termination for Terms violations.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Simply do not renew your subscription when it expires. Your data will remain accessible on the Free tier.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
